The Worcester 25SI condensing combination boiler is small
with a quick hot water and heating responce, Ideal for the
kitchen with its stylish design. The Greenstar 25SI is for
small to medium sized properties with one bathroom. The
all new Greenstar 25SI combination boiler now has more advanced
heating controls and you can further benefit from its higher
efficiency of 90.1% and a hot water flow rate of 10.2 litres
per minute. With the removal of your existing cylinder and
cold water tanks and existing boiler also making any other
pipe work redundant, the installation cost would be £2589.13
Inc VAT which excludes a gas pipe upgrade if required £270.00.
New Changes
Due to the building regulation part L we must incorporate thermostatic radiator valves on to existing radiators, a room thermostat, hot water and heating controls and auto bye pass valve if required. This has been included in the above installation price.
Note .The fitting of new thermostatic radiator valves will be necessary if non are present or the existing ones are old.

Why not reduce your fuel bills further by choosing an optional extra.
Power flushing. A full power flush using the latest power
flushing equipment, will remove all sludge which has built
up inside your existing radiators and pipe work over the
years and prevent this entering your new boiler. A power
flush will further enhance the performance and efficiency
of your new boiler and existing radiators, also prolonging
the life of your system. We strongly recommend a power flush.
The additional cost would be £350.00 inc VAT.
Why not have a thermostatic mixer shower which will give you hot water at mains pressure giving you an exhilarating power shower with no need for a pump. As an average shower uses considerably less water than a typical bath, the saving on hot water cost and water consumption can be significant. The additional cost would be £325.00 Inc VAT subject to a survey by our technical surveyor.
